TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOU AND YOUR GROUP, WE ASK THAT YOU OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES REGARDING WEAPONS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES:
WEAPONS: WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BUS. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN, AS IT PUTS EVERYONE ON THE BUS AT RISK. TELL EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP TO LEAVE THEM AT HOME.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: THIS INCLUDES THE TRADITIONAL 'DRUGS' AS WELL AS ILLEGAL PRESCRIPTIONS AND ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE. THEY ARE JUST AS ILLEGAL ON OUR BUSES AS THEY ARE EVERYWHERE ELSE.
IF THE DRIVER HAS REASON TO BELIEVE THAT ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE PRESENT ON THE BUS AT ANY TIME, THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RENTAL WITH NO REFUND AND NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES.TYPE YOUR PARAGRAPH HERE.Type your paragraph here.
While alcohol is allowed on the bus, the following rules do apply:
We are unable to supply any alcohol along with your rental. This includes pre-stocking the bus with alcohol you provide. Any alcohol must be brought on by you or your group.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol on the bus, as long as you observe the following:
Everyone on the bus must be 21 or older if any alcohol is present. It does not matter if they are drinking or not, you cannot have alcohol on the bus with underage passengers. If the driver has reason to believe any of the passengers are underage when alcohol is present, they reserve the right to terminate the rental with no refund and notify the authorities.
There are two items that we ask you not to bring on the bus:
Jello shots: Unfortunately these tend to be a bit too messy and usually require excessive cleanup.
Kegs: This one is a federal law, you're not allowed to have kegs on transportation vehicles such as buses for safety reasons.
We are not responsible for verifying the ages of your passengers, that is your job. If anyone on the bus is found to be underage you are the one who is liable, so please be responsible and make sure everyone in your group is of drinking age. Being arrested for providing alcohol to minors is a sure way to kill the party mood.
In addition, there are a few things you will want to make note of:
Please note that the laws regarding alcohol are slightly different in South Carolina, meaning that you are not allowed to have any open containers on the bus at all. Keep this in mind if you are planning to cross the state line during your rental, and be sure to remove any open containers first.
While you are allowed to drink on for-hire vehicles such as party buses, once you step off the bus the laws against drinking in public apply. If you step off the bus with a drink in your hand on public property and a police officer sees you, you will most likely be arrested right there.
The deposit is due at time of booking, and your bus will not be reserved until we have the deposit in. Reservations are first come first serve, and we are unable to hold a bus or guarantee a date for you until we have a deposit.
The deposit must be paid all at once; we are unable to take partial deposits or split the deposit up among multiple payments.
Please be aware that the deposit paid to book a bus is not refundable.
In the event your rental is cancelled before it begins, any money you have paid towards the balance will be refunded (minus the deposit). The refund method is as follows:
Credit Card: If you paid for your rental using a credit card, the refund will go to that same card. We are unable to refund money to different credit cards, even if they go to the same account. It must be the same credit card number that was used for the original payment.
Check, Cash, or Other: A check for the refund amount will be mailed to the address on your rental agreement. We are unable to send the refund to any address other than the one given on the rental agreement.
Once the rental has begun, there are no refunds.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any damage caused to the bus by you or any members of your group during the rental. This also includes excessive cleanup fees. Be sure the members of your group are responsible and safe so you do not end up having to pay for the one person who thought it would be funny to kick a few windows out.
